RedOffice - Add-In not available in Office application (Word, Excel etc) after installation

Outlook may disable the add-in due to the error so it may not show even after installing the correct version.

If this is the case, please go to File > Options > Add-ins > Manage COM Add-ins > Go... Find "Redman Solutions RedOffice Outlook add-in" and make sue it is ticked.

Click OK and restart Outlook.

This error can also be reported by Outlook 64-bit if the 32-version of RedOffice is installed or the other way around.

Word and other Office apps will typically ignore the error or still work.Please check the bit version of Outlook by looking in File > Office Account > About Outlook.

The bitwise of Outlook is shown at the end of the version line.

Eg.Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2209 Build 16.0.15629.20152) 32-bit If this does not match the RedOffice bit version, please uninstall the current RedOffice version and install the same version of the RedOffice Install MSI and try again.
