Lists within RedOffice, such as the Quick Add Profile, allow for selection to be made by clicking the drop down or by typing ahead (Contains within search).

Select the drop-down to select your QAP.

Click into the Quick Add Profile box, the default QAP will be highlighted. You can then type any part of the QAP to filter the list
QAP starting with what you typed will show first, then other that contain that text will show after.
