As of RedOffice Client v2.0.9+
RedOffice will use the new Chromium based Edge WebView2 browser control to show the CiAnywhere logon page if it finds this control on the system.
If not, it will fall back to using the IE11 WebBrowser control (as previous versions of RedOffice client used). Sites on ECM 2022b or later may have issues with logging in if you are not using the Chromium based Edge WebView2 browser control.
The WebView2 control is being installed by a number of Microsoft products, such as Office 365 Desktop Applications and later Windows 10 updates. It is also included with Windows 11. So there is a good chance it is already installed.
It can be installed a number of ways. See [https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/#download-section].
To check whether it is installed, you can check the RedOffice About form info (click the "Info >" link). It has a new entry called "Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime" which will either show "Found" and the version or a URL to install it.
You can also click the new "Info" button in the top corner of the RedOffice logon page.

Double click the URL in the list [https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=2124703]
This will download the current version of the WebView2 installer [MicrosoftEdgeWebview2Setup.exe] from Microsoft in your default browser.
Once downloaded, run it to install the WebView2 control. You will need local admin rights to do this.
