RedOffice - Clean Email button

Use the Clean Email button to remove the ECM registered tag from an email.

PRE-REQUISITES: Feature available in RedOffice client 2.0.14.22348 and later

If issues are experienced during email registration to ECM or the relationship with an ECM registered document needs to be removed for another reason, the Clean Email feature may be useful.

Steps to use this feature:
1. Navigate to Outlook and select the ECM tagged email you wish to remove registration tag from
2. Select the Outlook ribbon ECM menu
3. Click on the Clean Emails button and then 'Yes' to confirm
