Brief steps on how to clear RedOffice Server cache
Typically, a RedOffice server instance will be configured to auto-clear cache every 24 hours. If necessary to manually clear, for example to allow new Quick Add Profiles (QAPs) created in ECM to become visible in RedOffice, see following.
PRE-REQUISITES: RedOffice Administrator with login to local on-prem or Redman Solutions Azure hosted Server portal.
Login to your RO server portal, then follow the below steps.
1. Click on [Caches] button top right

2. Then click [Clear] button top right to refresh the cache

3. Restart RedOffice desktop client, after which you should see any new QAPs or other configuration changes.
