To redirect RedOffice v2 clients from one RedOffice Server (v1 or v2) to a new RedOffice Server (v2), add a text file called "EDRMSService.redirect.txt" with the URI of the new server's web service (ending with edrmsservice2.svc) and copy it to the root of the old server (where the web.config exists).
If a RedOffice v2 client (Office add-in or Drawer) is still configured to connect to the old server SVC URI, then it will find the redirect file, get the new SVC URI, and update itself to point to the new server SVC.
This is useful when upgrading RedOffice from v1 to v2 or moving to a new v2 server.
