Disable/Remove Users from Resolve
When staff leave/change we need to ensure their access is removed and the staff members no longer show in menus.
To disable users in Resolve:
Navigate to Site Settings > Users

Find the User and Click the Blue edit Button.
Once in the users menu, un-tick the "Enabled" option and save to disable the users access in Resolve.
This will hide the Users name from showing in Menus and disable the user from logging in.
