Resolve - Add Email Templates

Overview

This article will show you how to create an Email Template.

 

Instructions
  1. Navigate to User Profile > Site Settings
  2. Navigate to Templates > Email
  3. Select New Email Template
  4. Create the template

    • Name: Very briefly describe the template
    • Email Subject: Create a subject line
    • Content: Create the email message
  5. Select Save at the top of the page
