This is for users who have forgotten their password or need to initiate a reset
If having difficulty logging in due to a lost or forgotten password, follow the below steps to reset your own password for the Admin portal.
NOTE: This typically will not be required if your site is configured for Single Sign On (SSO). If still having difficulty, please contact help@redmansolutions.com 1. Navigate to your Resolve site https://clientname.civicclerk.com.au/Admin/
2. At the login prompt, click the Forgot Password link
3. In the 'Forgot Password' pop-up, enter your Username (usually your email address), then click the [SEND PASSWORD] button.
4. You will be sent a temporary password via email. Return to the login page and attempt to log in as usual using the provided password. You will then be prompted to change your password to something private to you.
5. Lastly, click the [CHANGE PASSWORD & LOG IN] button to complete the change. Keep your new password safe and known only to you.
