Similarly to your Word and Section Designs, these will be based on your council's style guides and desired look and feel for the Agenda.
Resolve terminology for an Item would be your Business Paper or Report. Creating an Item Design creates the design for the title of the Item (report).

To begin creating your Item Design go to Site Settings > Item Design
2. Select the +New Item Design at the top right
3. Give your Item Design a name, chances are you will use the same item design for multiple items – so name it something relevant. Begin creating your design. Again, these are based on your council’s style guides – but here is a screenshot provided of a standard design we see used frequently.
Note - using tables in Resolve when creating your Item Design will allow for more control on alignment and spacing for a nicer finish to your formatted Agenda.
This is how this design displays on the Agenda:
4. Ensure you are selecting Save before selecting BACK TO SETTINGS.
How to change an Agenda Item's Design
1. Navigate to the Desired Agenda Item and click the Brown Edit Layout button
2. In this menu, you can use the Prev/Next buttons to cycle between Item Designs or customise the current Design with the Edit Button
