By default, the Short Name field — used as the "Bookmark title" in PDF document output — is automatically populated to match the Agenda Item Name set when the item was created. Any subsequent changes to the Agenda Item Name will also update the Short Name field once the page is saved and refreshed.
However, if the Short Name field is edited separately and the page is then saved, it will differ from the Agenda Item Name and will remain as manually edited.
If this occurs and you want the two fields to match again, manually update the Short Name field to match the Agenda Item Name, then select Save Changes.
