Features in Boardview when viewing, searching or annotating documents.
When viewing a document in Boardview, whether it be a report, an attachment or the packet, a PDF editor will automatically open giving you several features for ease of viewing, searching and annotating. This article will go over the key features of this editor, but it's got everything for all your individual preferences!
View:
The viewing option allows for zooming, rotating and when viewing a document larger than 1 page, you can opt to view or select the relevant page.
Search:
If you're struggling with pinpointing exactly what you need, the icons offer a range of different searching functionalities such as; "begins with", "ends with", "match exact word" or even proximity.
Annotate:
Annotate is created to suit your individual needs for ease of viewing and editing. With options to highlight, add text, strike through text and plenty more. If you single click on a tool it will allow you to use it once, however if you double-click on the tool it will allow you to use it multiple times.

To discontinue use of any of the tools under annotation, simply click the hand at the bottom of the page or alternatively select a different tool.
The toolbar at the bottom of the page allows for zooming, expanding and minimising, the icon when selected allows you to copy any text highlighted.
To the right you will notice several other options, these include saving (option to save your annotations), adding comments, exiting and several other features.
All features are created to suit your preference, so have a play with a bit of everything to determine what you like best.
