This article will help you change your Password in the Admin portal
 

Instructions
  1. Navigate to Admin portal (sitename.civicclerk.com.au/admin) and login as per normal
  2. Navigate to the User Menu in the top-right corner
  3. Select Preferences and Passwords
  4. Enter your current, Old Password
  5. Create a New Password and Confirm New Password
  6. Select Save at the top
