How to get documents like policy document to show in Boardview
- Create a one time event in events and have set this to a future date to always have this appear at the start
- Create an agenda - Ordinary Council linked to the one time event we created in the previous step
- Delete all the agenda sections and items
- Create as many agenda sections top level folders as required e.g. List of documents
- Create as many agenda items as required e.g. Councillor Induction Information
- In the item, add the documents required to the attachments tab (no for public portal select non-confidential/confidential)
- Go back to Files Tab on the agenda, create the file and then publish to portal.
- Check Board View and there should appear the agenda you have just created
