Resolve - Edit Email Templates

This article will show you how to edit an existing Email Template.

 

Instructions
  1. Navigate to Site Settings > Email

  2. Select the blue Edit tool next to the Email Template you want to modify
  3. Edit the template

    • Name: Edit the template name
    • Email Subject: Edit the subject of the message
    • Content: Edit the message
  4. Select Save at the top of the page
