Please note, this setting will need to be turned on by the Redman Solutions HelpDesk
Once this option has been turned on by Redman Solutions Help Desk, all user will have access to the Expand all/Collapse all button in the top right corner of each tab in the Item.
You have the option to expand all the text fields in the Item and Other Details tabs to grow with the size of your content.
The system will remember your preference, so next time you log in, it will be set to your preference.
