# Resolve - Expand Text Fields

**If not already enabled, please contact [Redman Solutions Helpdesk](mailto:help@redmansolutions.com) to request this to be switched on. **

Once Expand Text Fields enabled, all users will have access to the Expand all/Collapse all button in the top right corner of each Item **\[Details\]** / **\[Other Details\]** report content tabs.

You have the option to expand all the text fields in the Item and Other Details tabs to grow with the size of your content.

The system will remember your preference, so next time you log in, it will be set to your preference.
