Resolve - How to add board member to board/committee
Steps on adding a user to a board or Committee
1. If the new board member does not exist, start with creating their user.

Once you have a user:

Once you have a user:
- Click User Menu > Site Settings

- Click Boards under Users and Security

3. Select the Edit Members Button on the desired board/Commitee 
4. Find the user and tick the box under "Is Member?" and select save to add the user.

5. To reorder the order that members show in the Roll call. Select the Purple edit member order button
.
6. Hold down the Left Mouse button to Drag and drop the members to the desired order.
