Resolve - How to add board member to board/committee

1. If the new board member does not exist, start with creating their  CivicClerk - Create New User from Blank Template  
 
  1. Click User Menu > Site Settings
  2. Click Boards under Users and Security


3. Select the Edit Members Button on the desired board/Commitee

4. Check the box next to the new board member and select save.



5. To reorder the order that members show in the Roll call. Select the Purple edit member order button

6. Hold down the Left Mouse button to Drag and drop the members to the desired order.
