Resolve - How to change Event timings

A guide for Meeting Administrators on amending an Event Date or Time

If the timings for a meeting change after creation of the Agenda and related Event.  See following steps a Meeting Administrator can carry out to amend the Event Date and / or Time as required.

Prerequisites:  Meeting Administrator Resolve user with Administrator permissions

Using your Internet browser, navigate to the Resolve Admin portal https:// clientname .civicclerk.com.au/Admin/ then:

1.  Go to menu  EVENTS

 
2.  If no results seen at the bottom, update  Timeframe filter to appropriate timings, i.e. Next 30 Days
3.  Click  [Update] button
4.  Locate required meeting in the  Results found at the bottom
5.  Click blue  'Edit' pencil to view  Edit Event page


6.  Update Start Date and  Start Time fields as required then click  [SAVE] button
7.  Click on  Meeting Name  blue link to navigate to the related  Agenda Details page



8.  Under the  Agenda Details page  [Files] tab, when any other agenda changes finalised, generate a new  Agenda and  Packet file to pick up the latest amendments and updated Event timings.
