On occasion, you may come across an Item title displaying differently to others when previewing an Agenda. This can happen when an Item is copied from an Agenda which has different layout templates to the target Agenda. The following guide shows how to update the Item layout.
Pre-requisites: Resolve Admin portal ( https:// clientname .civicclerk.com.au/Admin/) Administrator, or Report Writer with permissions allowing to view the related Meeting type and Item Report.1. Click on an Item in the agenda that does display correctly and click on the 'Blue edit pencil' to navigate into the Item.
2. Once on the Item Details screen, click the [***] menu top right, then select LAYOUT. In the popup window that appears, take note of the Layout Name listed. See below.
3. Return to the Agenda Details view and select the Item which is not displaying correctly, then as previously done above, click on the 'Blue edit pencil' to navigate into the Item. Once on the Item Details screen, click the [***] menu top right, then select LAYOUT. Its possible the correct layout name is shown, in this case 'Item Number and Item Name', however the underlying design may not have been updated correctly to match the target agenda, when copied from the previous agenda.
4. To reset the layout design, click the <PREV or NEXT> button to scroll to another layout, you'll see the name change at the bottom. Then click the SELECT button to choose the alternate layout (It doesn't matter if its the incorrect layout).
5. Lastly, click the <PREV or NEXT> button again to scroll back to the correct layout noted in step 2, again click SELECT button, then the red X to exit.
These steps should reset the underlying layout, after which when you preview the Agenda, that Item will have the expected formatting and indent for that Meeting type.
