Resolve - Page Numbering options on the Packet document

Brief steps for a System Admin to configure Page Numbering preferences for Agenda Packet documents

Prerequisites:
You will typically be a Site Administrator with access to the Resolve Admin portal (https://CLIENTNAME.resolve.red/admin/) and appropriate permissions to make configuration changes in the Site Settings area of Resolve.

Note:  When Page Numbering is enabled, this will be applied to Agenda Packet pages on file generation.  This global setting, will be active across all Meeting (Agenda) types in the system.

  • To access Page Numbering settings, go to User menu > Site Settings
  • Under the Agendas section, click the General tile option.
  • Scroll down the General settings page to the Agenda Packet Numbering Options section.  See following configuration options available.
  1. Add Page Numbers to Packet - Check to turn Page Numbers "On"
  2. Packet Page Number Font - Enter one of current available Fonts (Oct2025): Arial, Calibri, Georgia, Impact, Segoe UI, Tahoma, Times New Roman, Trebuchet MS, Verdana
  3. Packet Page Number Position - Page number can be Left, Centre or Right in the page footer.
  4. Packet Page Number Text - Default presentation "Page # of [TOTAL]" can be amended if required, however ensure "#" and merge tag [TOTAL] are maintained.
