Resolve - How to Reorder Minute Items

During a meeting, agenda items may sometimes be discussed in a different order than originally planned. This guide explains how to reorder those items in the Minutes area to accurately reflect the flow of the meeting.

Prerequisites:

  • Access to the Resolve Admin portal (https://CLIENTNAME.resolve.red/admin/) and appropriate permissions to access the agenda, and the Minutes area.

To maintain the original Agenda numbering, it's best not to re-arrange the Agenda Items and only adjust the running order within the Minutes. To do this, follow the below steps:

Go to the Minutes and Click on Summary

Locate and click on the blue [REORDER] button.

Click and hold the grey position marker that comes before each Item name, to move into the desired order

Lastly, Click the [SAVE CHANGES] button up the to save this change.

Note: Sections can also be re-ordered by following the same steps above.

When the Minutes are generated, the minutes document can be generated in either the original agenda order or the new minutes order, however each Item will retain the original Agenda Item number.
