# Resolve - How to use the Paragraph Styles

## As of 22-June-B release sites can now set paragraph styles per meeting type. See below for how to use these.

Paragraph Styles allow users to select formats that have been set up by the meeting administrator to ensure their reports are always  in the right format. 

**How to use the Paragraph Style feature**

From within the text editor, select the text you wish to apply the formatting and select the Paragraph Style drop down and select the appropriate format option.
