Resolve is moving to a new stream platform to bring new features and improvements.
This includes:
-Automatic Closed Captioning for Livestream Recordings
-Better server stability
-Viewers can change the playback resolution
-Various tweaks and improvements behind the covers
Using the new platform:
When streaming with the new platform there are a few key differences:
1. You will no longer need to manually hit "Start Stream" In resolve.
Instead, Resolve will prepare the Server 10minutes before the Start Time of an Event. This then allows it to be ready to capture the Stream you send via your Streaming Application.
2. You will need to make sure the Stream is selected in the new drop down field in the Event Events.

3. After a meeting videos will take longer to generate.
This is due to multiple file formats and resolutions being created for the video.
We recommend waiting ~10 Minutes before checking if the Recording is available.
