There are a number of different ways to preview your content within an item, they are
- Preview the Item Report and Attachments as a Single PDF
- Live Preview the Item report by itself with changes updating after saving
- Preview Attachments individually
Preview the Item Report and Attachments as a Single PDF
From the Item page Click the preview button on the top right-hand corner. 
This will open a preview screen to preview all files related to the current item excluding those that the current user may not have rights to view.
Please note: The item preview will ignore any Item files that are marked as Internal. 
Live Preview the Item report by itself with changes updating after saving
From the Item files tab select the Green Display button on the item report you would like to preview.
This will open a new page in your browser that can be dragged to a second screen or split your screen into two parts.
From here, you can make your changes to the fields within your report. Once saved, the live preview will refresh to show your changes.
Preview Attachments individually
From the Item files tab, select the green preview button next to the Attachment that you want to preview. This will generate a PDF of your attachment.
