Resolve - Session Timeout

To avoid the potential to lose unsaved content due to an Admin portal session timeout, a warning has been introduced to prompt logging back in to complete a save.

RELEVANCE:  Admin portal user ( https:// clientname .civicclerk.com.au/Admin/), typically Governance, Meeting Administrator, Report Writer or Manager / Approver.

SCENARIO:  If a Resolve user has navigated away from an active browser tab to work on another application or activity during editing and returns some time later, its possible a system timeout may have occurred due to inactivity.  Closing or moving away from the Resolve tab again my result in lost content.

SOLUTION:  A new pop-up warning has been introduced (below) to warn of session time out.  Clicking the [LOGIN] button will open a new browser tab allowing the user to login once again.  The user can then return to the original Resolve tab to save or continue editing the report or other system field.

** IMPORTANT NOTE:  If the Timeout warning is never seen, the browser in use (Chrome, Edge) may have previously cached Javascript prior to the introduction of this Timeout warning (July-2022).  To ensure the browser has the latest version, close all browser sessions, then open a new session and carry out a hard browser cache refresh (CNTL + SHFT + R).
