# Resolve - Stream Quality Configuration

## Video stream configuration

The following are configuration recommendations for Streaming settings: 

- 1280x720p or less 
- 30fps 
- Bitrate: 
    - Best size/speed: 2500Kbps
    - Best quality: 5000Kbps (Will cause larger file sizes)
- Frame interval would be 2 to 4 keyframes per second.  
    - If applicable, not all encoders offer this.

It is also advised to record a local copy of your stream in case of any disruptions occurred during the stream.
