Prerequisites:
You will typically be a Site Administrator with access to the Resolve Admin portal (https://CLIENTNAME.resolve.red/admin/) and appropriate permissions to make configuration changes in the Site Settings area of Resolve.
Font Family, Font Size and view HTML text editor options for Agenda, Item Report and Minutes fields, can be restricted by Security Profile type. See following steps to enable for allowed profile types.
- To enable these, go to Site Settings in the user menu.
- Under Users and Security, go to Profiles
- Select the profile you want to update by clicking the Blue edit pencil
- Enable the options you require by 'Checking'
- Once enabled, a User with this profile, will see the following buttons on the text Editor ribbon.
- A = Font type
- AA = Font size
- <> = HTML code editor
