      Resolve - Turn on HTML, Font Family and Font Size

      Font Family, Font Size and view HTML can be restricted by security Profile.

      To enable these go to Site Settings in the user menu

      then select profiles under the user and Security section.

       

      Select the profile you want to update by clicking the blue pencil

       

      Then Turn on the options you require.

       

      User with this profile will now see the following buttons.
