Prior to 22-November release if you used the public subscription module of Resolve the public was able to see all meeting types. Though no agendas or document were published just the name of the meeting was visable.
Setting the Internal visibility of meeting types by following these steps.
Under Site setting 
The go to Meeting Types. 
From here you can see which meeting types will be displayed on the create new agenda page. 
To update the meeting types, Edit the meeting type using the blue pencil 
From here you can update the public visibility. 
Where does this show?
Meeting types with Hide in list checked will no longer show when creating a new agenda.
N.B. They will continue to show in reports and searches.
