Resolve - Update Public/Internal visibility of Meeting Types
Prior to the 22/11/2024 software release, if you utilized the subscription module of Resolve, the public was able to access all current meeting types that were created. However, only the meeting name was visible, and no agendas or documents were published publicly.
You can now set the Public or Internal visibility of meeting types by following these steps:
Go to Site Settings
Under the Agendas section, select Meeting Types
On this page you can see which meeting types will be displayed on the public subscription page.
Click on the blue pencil icon underneath the Actions heading
From here you can update the visibility to be public/not public.
Where the meeting information will be displayed
For sites using the public portal with the public subscription module turned on, when a member of the public creates an account to receive email notifications for when an agenda is published, they will only see the meeting types that have the public checkbox checked.
Meeting types with "Hide in List" checked will no longer be available to the public when creating a new agenda.
Note: They will continue to show in reports and searches.
