In order for Boardview users to be able to vote in a Meeting, ensure the Users join the Meeting as "Present/Voting"
Once in the Meeting, when a Vote is Started, a vote screen similar to below will pop up for the user to cast a vote and display details of the Motion:
(Note: Abstain may not be an option for you as it depends on your council if this is utilised)
The user will select their vote option and Save.
The pop up will disappear and their vote will be cast.
Once the Vote is saved, all vote results will be shown on the display screen like below:
