      Update SSO from civicclerk.com.au to Resolve.red

      The following article will step you through how to update your Azure Entra ID to transition across to the Resolve.red domain.

      If you have implemented Resolve prior to 2024 you may have only the Civicclerk.com.au domain linked to your enterprise app in EntraID. 

      In preparation for the CivicClerk.com.au to be retired it is important that you update your enterprise app. 

      Below is the details that you need to update. 

      Identifier (EntityID) should be

      Resolve.red

      reply URL should be https://[CLIENTID].resolve.red/admin/saml/assertionconsumerservice.aspx

      Once this is done please notify Redman Solutions so we can update your environment to reflect this change.
