Resolve - How to Automatically create an Item Report

How to have an Item Report automatically generate on your report.

Prerequisites: You will need an Item Design and a word layout. See the following articles on how to create these.

Agenda Item Design:

After completing your report design and word design - head to Site Settings > Meeting Types

Select the blue edit pencil on the meeting type you're wanting an automated item report for, select the Item Report tab and the +Add Report

Item Report Name: This is the name of the file for the Public and Councillor portals

Item Report Template: The report design you want to use for this report.

Word template: Base document for your Item Report

Confidential: The confidentiality of the Item Report 

Sections:  What Section/s you want to auto generate this item report. 

 

 

 

Once all fields are completed, select SAVE. You will now have an automated Item Report generated for any items created to any of the sections selected for this meeting type.
