Unable to access an Agenda Item

Why am I unable to access an Agenda Item? 

Most commonly, you cannot access an Agenda Item because you do not have access to the department that the item is categorised in. An administrator is able to edit user permissions to gain access to view items from additional departments, if necessary. The item might also be categorised by the incorrect department.
